Habit trotted slowly into the forests. The ground was soft underneath his feathered hoofs, and he smiled slightly. It had poured when he and Lavender had been here; and now it was bright and sunny. Quite a contrast to his disposition, I assure you, but for some odd reason he was enjoyed the warmth. His breath still was visible in the air, but it was winter; it was expected.
The draft let out a low nicker, letting Athena know he'd arrived. She had left slightly before him, so she'd probably be here already, unless she decided to waste time arriving.

The femme stood by a small patch of trees, the ground was wet, and she tried to step around the puddles, though she did step through many. She shook her coat as a few dribbles of water fell from the trees, she began to trot towards Habit, who was only a little ways off..
Soon Athena reached him and smiled. She flicked her tail, scent was sweet having never been bred before. Waiting for his motion or anything, she just moved a little infront and waited.

Habit smiled at her, actually managed to look sweet for once in his life. The draft gave her an affectionate nip, feeling strangely out of character. Must be all the hormones, he decided. Quickly, but not overly rough, he mounted Athena.
--Breeding---
Stallion dismounted, and rubbed lightly against Athena, as if asking if she was alright. He took a tiny bit of time to glance at the sky, and noted that the sun was already lowering into an evening shade.

Athena buckled her legs as he mounted and held his weight the best she could until he dismounted. She flicked her tail once again and nodded to him as he brushed against her. Was he trying to be sweet? She didn't know but she smiled and nuzzled him, she tried not to over do it though.
The femme shook her mane and glanced at him for a few seconds, then softly nipped his neck affectionatly. She did like Habit, but he seemed to be tough to please, and every move she made she thought about longer than normal. She didn't want to make any mistakes. Glancing at the sky, she could see a sunset, it gleamed over the land, shining on her and making her look beautiful. It was getting late though, and they probably should have started back by now.

Habit smiled again, and this time it seemed to reach his faded black eyes. Athena was really a pleasant mare, and he enjoyed her company. Now, though, they would have to leave here. "Come. Can't leave Lavender to the wolves, can we, love." Voice was lifted, and now had a strange clipped accent to it. He laughed just a bit, but it was unclear if he was just teasing or not.

Athena was slightly taken by surprise at his comment, including 'love'. But she glanced at him and smiled, nodding. "I could live with that..." She muttered to herself, though he might have heard it. She was joking, Lavender was not that bad. She giggled and nipped him again, then galloped off, towards the borders though she was not there yet. She flicked her tail and stood tall, the sun was almost gone, and it was getting colder.
The sun that was left cast a colour on the land and on her and Habit, who was still standing a while away from herself. She sighed, it seemed perfect right now. Though she was not sure what he meant by love...
