DeziyaHerd Law
ALL Herd members - stallions, mares and foals - are expected to be loyal to the Lord and each other.
Mares may only breed with The Lord or The Heir. They may be given permission to breed to other stallions and allies but if a mare is pregnant without permission it will result in the death of the foal and punishment to the mare.
Colts produced by The Lord will be exiled from the herd between the ages of 2 - 3, depending on when they start to cause trouble, to reduce the risk of either the Lord or one of the stallions being removed by one of their own offspring.
Fillies must stay in the herd and bear one foal to The Lord before she leaves. Some acception's.
Note-Common fillies will be used for trading or negotiating
The Alpha Stallion can use any Common mare to be traded, negotiated with or given away.
Mares may not leave the herd unless fought for or traded.

Rank Information
[/you]
The Lord is the most dominant horse of the herd, and has the most authority over the herd. Since his responsibilities include, but are not limited to, protecting and defending herd members, claiming horses to build the herd.
His Queen is ranked just below The Lord and is his mate and obedient only to him. This individual has authority over the rest of the herd, as well as helping and taking part in the same tasks the The Lord does. She does the 'other' mundane tasks such as keeping peace between the mares of the herd and also takes the herd to food and water
His Hierarchy is the firstborn Hier to the land and his mate. This pair are just below The Lady and often own a sub herding land. They help with decisions for the herd and learn when they take over the land.
His Favored are The Lord's favorite mares. They receive more attention than the common rank mares, as well as getting more respect. They are expected to bear foals, but cannot command Commoners. They do receive respect from them however.
His Commoners of the herd are important because they make up the herd, so without them... no herd. They receive some attention from the Lord and are mainly expected to build up herd numbers and produce fillies.
His Children are either foals produced by The Lord and His Lady or from The Hierarchy. They are never traded and are of higher rank then His Offspring. They do not need respect from others and cannot command others
His Offspring are foals from His Favored or His Commoners. They are foals and have the lowest rank in the herd, but are expected to be protected.
