With one hazel and one auburn eye, the distinct pigments of Leviathan’s irises receive most of the attention from observers. The individuality of this stallion goes far beyond his face, because upon deeper inspection of his ashen coat – predominantly shades of grey and silver – there are flecks of russet and amber hidden amongst his hoary appearance. His eye and coat colour are evidence that he has obtained the rare Champagne gene, although his wild, unmonitored bloodline taints the inheritance hence why only one eye is hazel instead of two. The mottled pigments of his coat can often make it seem as if his flesh changes colours, habitually determined by the amount of light and even the depth of dirt upon his skin. Water brings about a darker appearance too, and gives rise to a lustrous, black hue. His mane and tail are almost purely grey with only a few silver highlights to add intensity; the very ends of all his hairs appearing to be unevenly stained by what looks like blood, though is a naturally occurring auburn colour. He stands proudly at just over 16 hands, which is almost 5 ½ feet at the whither. Weighing in at about 1000 pounds, give or take a few, Leviathan is extremely graceful and agile with a finely chiseled skull, muscular neck and polished legs. His posterior and shoulders are thick with muscles, revealing his artistry in jumping and easy capability at rearing and running for defense. Though not as large or heavy as some of the brawnier stallions, Leviathan makes good use of what his inheritance has given him and makes up for what he lacks with intelligence.Markings:
Special Markings: Very minor dappling on his posterior, ribcage and his belly. The ends of his tail and mane are an auburn color, as if stained with blood.Height: 16.1
History:
I haven't gotten that far with him yet. He's my stallion of my 3islands site. His breed is wild btw, he doesn't have a breed... mustang I guessPersonality:
Although his eyes are already quite noticeable due to being two-toned, they attract even more attention when Leviathan is either agitated or infuriated. Such strong emotions cause his eyes to flicker, a lot like a serpents tongue or a nictitating lens. The motion is quick and often minor if the brutes feeling are minor, but if they strengthen then the flickering becomes more rapid and obvious. It doesn’t seem to hinder Leviathan’s attentiveness or direction, and he seems to be entirely unaware of this unusual characteristic. To everyone else it is almost impossible to ignore and often provokes feelings of surprise and intimidation, as well as rousing thoughts of qestioning Leviathan’s sanity. However, he is no more mentally unstable than any other stallion, though is often treated otherwise due to his callous and authoritarian demeanor. He is not so much controlling as strict, and the showing of emotion is saved for times when it will benefit him to either manipulate other horses or benefit himself. The czar is not void of emotion though and has no fear of showing certain feelings of interest, amusement and of course, anger.Picture (Optional): Improvements: N/A
Passion can sometimes be filtered from his actions, body language and speech depending on how well one can read between the lines, though is more reliant on how well you’re acquainted with him. To have a foal sired by him is something that Leviathan considers a reward, so the offering a foal should also be considered a form of intimacy from the brute. Loyalty and respect to Leviathan, his rules and his herd is an easy and quick way to earn a valuable opinion from the brute. Always wanting to be in control whether of himself or others however, he can sometimes stress when something doesn’t go his way or turns out different than what he wanted or expected. He is not entirely irrational though, and can be found to be apologetic if he is ever found wrong. His blunt honesty may be the death of him yet, because he doesn’t care who he undermines or impairs with his truthful words because he will never lie – hardly even to save his own ass.
Altogether Leviathan is very well rounded considering the bloodlines he carries and the reputation his kind has received. The few quirks he has which are unique to him, though sometimes crippling in the face of others, makes the bastard who he is and what he will become.
