I see a lot of people saying there newborn foals are 1 hand... well, 1 hand is equivalent to 4 inches... which is very, very small. Most newborns are between 40 inches tall, or 10 hands, or a little over 3 feet at the withers. You figure the average 15 hand horse is 5 ft at the whithers, so thats a decent height horse. Just letting everyone know. Not trying to be rude
