Pain filly walked through the land. Her legs were stocky and weak from walking so long. She died near a river and drank the water. She was hidden in the extra tall grass, so nobody would know she was there unless they stumbled over her. She ate some grass and curled her neck around her body and fell asleep.

Hooves trampled the land he had never crossed before. He had been too busy exploring every nook and cranny of his desert land. Onyx stilts carried him in, and quickly the scent of another carried to him. Old or new? He did not know. Feathers danced along his hooves as ebon tresses floated in the wind. He called out, Mysterious lady, will you not show yourself for I would like to see the beauty who has captured my interest. He walked in the direction where the scent was, but wanted her to prove herself there before he started playing a game of cat and mouse.

[Dragon] I scented the smell of a mare. I then saw a stallion. He's searching for her I thought. I ran to the sweet scent trying to find the hiding mare.

Hearing a sudden noise, the filly spooked and shooted away from the stallion in a high speed run. She raced across the land until she came to a wooded area. Her mother had taught her about the dangers in a forest, and felt trapped. She turned to see a large stallion following her. She backed up and felt cornered against the trees. She snorted in fear.

Nox saw her start, watching as his painted canvas shined in the sun, fleeing into a wooded area. He stopped short, not wanting to chase her away. He noticed the other stallion, and he became tense, muscles bunching up. I am sorry that I spooked you miss. He called to her, not moving another inch, waiting for her to come out, even just a few inches.

Sap shook. She took a step back and a branch snapped under her hoof. Birds blasted from the tree behind her and soared into the sky. She spooked and bolted forward, flying right between the stallions like a rocket. She jumped a few fallen trees and found herself by a river. She was too weak to make it across, and felt like she was trapped for good. Two large draft stallions, black in color, came up to her. One was a friesian stallion, Dead End, and the other a shire, Bandit's Revenge. She sank to the ground, shaking in fear.

Daggers shook the Earth (not literally, of course) as he cantered toward the brutes. Back away! He said, getting nearer, rearing toward them before shooting for Dead End first, the one just like him. Teeth were bared, ready to attack for the unknown mare.

[Dragon] Gosh! Why do I mess up all of the time? I just want to help my lead mare so, she won't feel lonely. I just want her to be happy! I got fusterated. I lost about three mares right now. And I couldn't afford to lose this mare now! And I've just scared her! What is wrong with me anyways?

The filly squealed as the stallion suddenly appeared. Fool. You cannot take on two large stallions. Dead End. Especially when fighting one alone could possibly end you're life... easily. Bandit, the larger shire said. They both chuckled and pushed him away from the 2 year old filly. They stood in front of her like gaurds protecting their king, or president, or whatever. Little did they know, she was slipping into the river to escape.

Your point? He stated, watching them. Teeth grinded against each other. To take one out would make the other vulnerable. Your so scared of mares you have to bring someone along just in case they overtake you? He asked. He might be alone, but hey, at least he didn't need to bring along 'cronies'.

the stallions snorted. No, we both came here at the same time. A coincidence. We hate each other's guts, and yet we work together to avoid colts like you getting mares like this. Bandit said harshly. The filly was swept away by the river, just as she feared. She squealed and Dead End automatically rushed into the river. Water flew out from under his massive hooves. Bandit growled and dove in after the filly as well. They raced after Sap, as if they were racing in a competition. Her head slipped under the surface several times. Bandit got to her first and pulled her upon shore. He brought her back to where she went in and let her lay on the ground.

Gladiator Fighting For Whats Right "You shouldn't be fighting over a fae.. She should be the one to choose.. whom, she goes with." A stag's voice boomed. A dun stag, moved out of the bushes towards them. His eyes.. locked upon the stags.
"My name is Gladiator. I am king, of the Clearing. And I demand to know, why you are scaring, this fae, just to try and brutaly get her in your herds?"
Gladiator, was a honorable stag, one which had pride and one, who lived just to help mares, to keep them from stags that were brutes and used them for directly, their own purposes and didn't care about mares even. He was big for his breed, the Spanish Mustang, and he faced stags that were taller, and stronger than him. But he won every time, for he also had strength, as well as stamina, speed and of course.. he was clever.

The two stallions left, going different directions. The little filly lied as close to the ground as she could, shaking in fear. She didn't want to be here, and now she knew what the world was really like. Dangerous and full of monsterous stallions. She saw a new stallion disappeared and tried to flee, but with no success. Her only routes of escape where the directions to the two drafts left in.

Gladiator Fighting For Whats Right "Wait.." He spoke softly and quietly, hoping to calm the fae. "I wont hurt you.. I was just trying to save you from those brutes.. they would hurt you.." He backed off a kilometre and waited.

Sap stopped shaking so badly and looked at him. Really? she asked him. Can I come home with you? she asked him softly.
